Feelon is a wellness and self-reflection tool. It is NOT a medical device, and it does not provide medical, psychological, or professional health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Its reads and suggestions are generated by artificial intelligence and may be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. Always use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional for any health concern — including before changing medication, diet, or exercise based on anything Feelon says. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something Feelon said.
Feelon is NOT a crisis or emergency service. If you are in crisis or may be at risk of harming yourself or others, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line immediately (for example, in the US call or text 988; find lines worldwide at findahelpline.com). Feelon may surface such resources but cannot monitor you, alert anyone, or intervene.
By using Feelon you acknowledge and accept the above.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Feelon. By using it you confirm you meet this age requirement and that nothing in applicable law prevents you from using the service.
Feelon starts anonymously so you can use it immediately — an account is created for you on first launch without asking for any personal details. You may later sign in with Sign in with Apple to secure your data and use it across devices; your existing data carries over to the signed-in account. You are responsible for keeping access to your device and Apple ID secure; anyone using your unlocked device can access your Feelon data. If you delete the app without signing in first, your anonymous data may become permanently inaccessible.
Feelon lets you check in on how you feel and returns an AI-generated "read" of your day, optional suggestions, follow-up chat, and — over time — personal patterns computed from your own history. Some features are free; a paid subscription ("Feelon DEEP") unlocks deeper features such as unlimited full reads, cross-day memory, and the full patterns deck. We may change, add, or remove features over time, including the composition of the free tier — if we materially reduce what a paid subscription includes mid-term, you may be entitled to a remedy under applicable consumer law and Apple's refund policies.
Don't misuse Feelon. In particular, you agree not to:
We may suspend or restrict accounts that abuse the service, threaten its security, or harm other users, and we apply automated per-account usage caps to keep the service safe and affordable.
You keep your data. You grant Sixtyfive Security Systems Ltd only the limited, non-exclusive licence needed to operate the service for you — to store, process, transmit to our AI provider, and analyze your entries in order to generate your reads and patterns, as described in the Privacy Policy. This licence ends when you delete the relevant data or your account (subject to the backup-expiry window described in the Privacy Policy). We claim no other rights over your content. Privacy terms — including the AI data flow, the no-training commitment, and your deletion and export rights — are in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
Reads, chat responses, and pattern texts are generated by AI, personalized to your data. To the extent we hold any rights in this generated output, we licence it to you for your personal, non-commercial use (including sharing your own pattern cards). AI output is probabilistic: it can be inaccurate, incomplete, or generic, and identical inputs may produce different outputs. It is provided for self-reflection only — see §1.
The Feelon app, brand, design, text, and software are owned by Sixtyfive Security Systems Ltd or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, for your own wellbeing, subject to these terms and to the App Store Terms of Service.
If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use them without obligation to you — we may build on them freely. Never include other people's personal data in feedback.
Apple Health, WHOOP, and Oura are third-party services under their own terms; connecting them to Feelon is your choice, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or conduct. Wearable data can itself be inaccurate — Feelon treats it as a signal, not truth, and so should you.
Pre-release versions distributed via Apple TestFlight are provided for testing, may be unstable, may change or lose data, and may include additional logging for debugging. TestFlight use is also subject to Apple's TestFlight terms.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind — express, implied, or statutory (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement) — to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that reads are accurate, that the service is uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that it fits any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law: Sixtyfive Security Systems Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill; and our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or €50.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or (for EU/UK consumers) your mandatory statutory rights.
To the extent permitted by applicable law (and excluding consumers where such clauses are unenforceable), you will indemnify Sixtyfive Security Systems Ltd against third-party claims arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the service.
You can stop using Feelon at any time and delete your account and data in-app (Settings → Delete account) — deletion is immediate and permanent as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service (with reasonable notice and, where legally required, a pro-rata remedy for paid periods handled via Apple). Sections that by their nature survive termination (IP, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) survive.
These terms are between you and Sixtyfive Security Systems Ltd only — not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Additionally:
We may update these terms. We will post the new version at https://feelon.io/terms and, for material changes, notify you in-app with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after the effective date of an update means you accept it; if you do not agree, stop using the service and (if you wish) delete your account.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules; the courts of the Republic of Cyprus have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU/UK, you additionally benefit from any mandatory protections and home-court rights of the country where you live, and nothing here limits them.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (your data protections travel with them — see the Privacy Policy). These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service. We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
